Marina

This is more than just a marina; it is the the longterm home of the transient and longterm cruising community plus local boaters and people in Luperon for many years for fun social gatherings of cruisers and locals, all set in a beautiful and peaceful garden setting with the cool open-air Las Velas restaurant or outside seating on the patio area with free wi-fi.

Thursday nights 5 - 7pm is our “Happy 2 hours” weekly special on certain drinks and food where we welcome local people and cruisers.

Monday to Friday there are daily lunch specials at great prices.

The marina can provide sheltered dockage for sail and motor boats depending upon draft (maximum 6ft on the space on the end and the depth decreases to say 3.5-4ft closer to the restaurant/hotel with a mud bottom). .

Included in our marina rates are:

* Free Municipal tap water that is non potable (RO 5 gallon or smaller bottles of drinking water are sold on the premises and bags of RO Ice cubes),

* Free Cold showers;

* Free Wi-Fi in the open air cool and peaceful restaurant or patio area;

* Free Garbage disposal (by our main gate).

* Free Use of our dinghy dock (no longterm storage is allowed should you go back home or be away travelling the country).

* Free Car and bike parking in the designated areas;

* Free use of our DIY cold water laundry machine/LPG drier or you can use our free washline;

* Free use of our swimming pools at our Las Velas Club up the road.

Plus we also offer free concierge to clients and non clients of the marina to order you a very well priced local small tuk tuk/margarita 3 wheeler moto taxi for up to 3 people to go to our pool at Las Velas Club or to go into town (please remeber that this will be double the usual rate in town due to distance to and from the marina and can be double that late at night), plus car/van rentals for up to 30 days legally as a tourist or taxi’s for tours.

We also rent out small storage lock-up huts and storage space for outboards plus space on the hard for dinghies if you leave the country to return home as we do not permit storage on the dinghy dock due to limited space and heavy rain in summer.
